The Villa is a five minutes walk from the bus station. We plan to stay here again when we return to Piran. It is an excellent location to tour the town and get some rays on the cement beach. The apartment is a true apartment with a kitchen, couch, dining table and an actual bedroom. The wi-fi worked, but was a bit weak, probably because we were on the end of the floor. We had room 536 and the view was amazing as well as the nice breeze during the warm summer months. There were skylights that could open to let the fresh air in. There is no elevator, so we did have to lug our luggage up 5 floors, but we were very happy to be on the top floor. You may also pay for parking at the apartment building and I am pretty sure we received an excellent rate.

When checking in, we received a pass to park for free while unloading our luggage (otherwise it would have cost 5 Euro). The free shuttle bus brought him back to town within a few minutes.
We were able to drive our car in front of the building, drop off our luggage and then my husband drove to the parking lot up on the hill. The apartment building is right downtown on the waterfront and main square. I am disappointed that we didn't plan a longer trip to Piran. We stayed here for only one night during the summer.
